By hiring from RMN.HIRE, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
If you are under the age of 18, it is recommended that you read these terms with a parent or legal guardian before hiring.

Try-on appointments

Try-ons are only available at the store location, Semaphore 5019 SA.
After booking an appointment, please message with what you would like to try on and your event date.
Try-on appointments are free to book, however, a cancellation fee applies.
All cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before your appointment time. A cancellation fee of $15 will apply to those cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment. This is stated when booking.
If you book in a hire, this cancellation fee can be waived. If you reschedule your appointment, this fee can also be waived. Cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will result in the fee being applied.
Unwashed tan or one-day tan is not to be worn to try-on appointments.
Please wear minimal makeup or none. A cleaning fee may apply.

Payment

At try-on appointments, card or cash is accepted.
Once payment is made, there is a strict no-refund policy for change of mind, sizing issues, or cancellation. If you have booked the incorrect item or size, please contact RMN via Instagram asap to alter this booking. If you leave it too late, this may not be able to be changed.
Full payment is now taken online, via the new website. This includes future dates or same weekend hires. If needing to cancel, give RMNHIRE 10 days notice to be eligible for a credit note. This credit note is valid for 3 months.
If needing to swap your dates, give RMNHIRE 10 days notice to be eligible for this change.
Each hire piece may only be worn once per payment unless paid for again.
Long duration hires for holidays, etc can be accepted. Contact RMNHIRE via Instagram to arrange; this may result in an additional charge depending on how many weekends are gone for.

Local returns

If you have hired locally, Friday hires are to be returned Sunday latest, and all Saturday and Sunday hires must be dropped back by Monday at the latest, unless otherwise discussed.
Weekday hires must be returned the day after the event date, unless otherwise discussed.
A strict late fee of $20 per day applies for all late returns.
Fulham returns must be on Saturday or Sunday at the latest. Largs Bay returns can be any day within your hire period, but Monday 7pm latest.
Please do not wash the hire item. Simply return it after wearing in the hire bag provided.
Please notify us of any extreme staining, damage, or issues. Fees will apply if damage occurs to a self-cleaned item.

Damages and/or repairs

All damage or non-repairable hires must be paid at full RRP by the hiree. The hiree agrees to these terms when hiring from RMN.HIRE.
Repairable damage such as rips, tears, rehemming, extra dry cleaning, or broken zips must be paid by the hiree. Costs generally range from $5–$50 depending on the issue. This also applies to damage caused during try-ons.
Do not wear fresh unwashed tan, one-day tan, or gradual tan or moisturiser when wearing our hire items. Fake tan may be worn if washed off at least 24 hours prior. 
A cleaning fee may apply.
If you hire a maxi dress, please be mindful and avoid dirtying the hem (more so if outdoors). This type of staining is difficult to remove, and cleaning or rehem fees may apply. However, a rehem is an easy fix depending on the item.
Anything beyond a simple hand wash, including wine stains, dirt, mud, or items requiring soaking, will incur a cleaning fee.

Postage

Express postage is a flat fee of $35 and includes a return satchel with your hire. To select postage, change the delivery method to Express Post including return on the product page of the desired item. This step must be selected to be able to proceed.
All pre-planned postal hires for Friday–Sunday events will be sent express on the Monday of the event week.
Mid-week postal hires are accepted. Please message to arrange, as an additional charge may be added if needing to send early.
All postal hires must be returned via the post office before 3pm (morning preferred). 
The parcel must be handed over at the counter and a tracking receipt received.
Do not place return parcels in street post boxes. If the return is posted incorrectly, a late fee may occur.
Postage is at the hiree’s risk. If a parcel is lost or misplaced, full RRP will be payable by the hiree.
If the parcel does not arrive in time for the event, no refunds will be provided. A credit note may be issued for the hire cost only. Postage fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.
We do not ship to New Zealand or internationally.

Credit notes/vouchers

Any credit note issued must be used within 3 months of issue.
