Shipping policy
Express post is available Australia wide at the cost of a flat rate of $35,
this will include a prepaid return satchel inside with your hire.
Within SA: 1-2 business days (likely next day)
Interstate: 1-3 business days (metro 1-2)
Parcels will be sent express the Monday prior to your Fri-Sun event.
Most arrive Wednesday, however depending on area some may arrive Thursday or Friday, tracking number will be provided.
Delivery cannot be predicted by us, when handed over to Aus Post it is in their hands, following the tracking number is best.
It is the hirees risk when posting and RMN HIRE will not be responsible if parcel does not arrive in time, change of mind or sizing etc.
We can issue a generous a credit note for the hire price if your parcel doesn't arrive in time. The postage will not be credited and there is an overall strict no refund policy.
If you would like to save on postage hiring with a friend is allowed! Satchel size may vary increasing the flat rate by will save on postage!
RETURNS
After your event, your hire must be packed in the return satchel given and taken to the post office on Monday morning (latest 1pm). The return satchel will already be filled out, all you need to do is sign your details on the back, seal it up and remove the yellow sticker on the front.
IMPORTANT: Please hand the parcel over the counter at the post office and receive a receipt from the worker, this will have the tracking on it and must be sent through on Instagram.
DO NOT return in yellow post boxes on the side of the road.
Mid week postal hires are required to be posted back next day ...
(friday included - post office open 9-12 on sat)
If the prepaid return express satchel is misplaced by the hiree,
this must be repurchased at the hirees cost.
Late fees will occur if posted later than Monday
or if the postal process isnt followed.
Please note it is the hiree risk when hiring via post, for those parcels that do not arrive on time will not be refunded, credit note might be issued t&cs apply.
